An Admin User seat can be bought as a separate product on top of an A La Carte, StartUp, or Professional subscription. This option provides MSPs with the flexibility to secure an additional admin license without purchasing another bundle.
What permissions are available to the Admin User?
The Admin User license gives the assignee admin roles and permissions like creating, editing, and deleting assets and dashboards for MSPbots BI solutions and the NextTicket Manager.
Who is eligible to purchase the Admin User license?
New MSPbots clients and existing A La Carte, StartUp, and Professional clients who wish to upgrade their packages can add one or more Admin User licenses to their subscriptions or bundles.
How can I add or purchase an Admin User for my account?
To add an Admin User to your subscription:
- On the MSPbots app, go to MarketPlace.
- Follow the below steps:
- Hover over the CURRENT PLAN button and click -> CHANGE if you want to add an Admin User to your current plan.
- Hover over the UPGRADE button and click -> UPGRADE if you want to upgrade your subscription and add an Admin User.
- Hover over the CURRENT PLAN button and click -> CHANGE if you want to add an Admin User to your current plan.
- Select the number of Admin Users you will purchase.
- Verify your Order Summary and click Next.
- Review your Billing Address and payment details, then click Save.
