How to Sign In to MSPbots using Email Address

This article shows how to sign in to MSPbots using email address.

Sign in to MSPbots with your email address

1. Go to https://app.mspbots.ai/emaillogin.
2. Enter Email Address and Password.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Sign in.

4. Follow the prompts until you finish the Get Started survey.
   
    
5. When done, go to Settings > User Management.
   
   
   
   
6. In User Management, add a new user by clicking the New User button.
   
   
   
   
7. Fill in all the mandatory fields in the Add form and click Confirm.
   
   
   
   
8. The addition of the new user is successful if the name appears on the user list.

How to reset your password when you forget it

1. Enter your email address on the MSPbots login page and click the Forgot your password? link.
   
   
   
   
2. In the Forgot Password window, enter your email and click the Send Password Reset Link. 
   
   
   
   
3. Open the email and click the provided link to reset your password. 
4. In the Create New Password window, enter your New Password and re-enter it in the Confirm Password field. 
   
   
   
   
5. Click Reset Password. 
6. Log in to MSPbots using your new password. 

How to sign up for MSPbots using Email Address

1. Go to https://app.mspbots.ai.
2. Click Sign up.
   
   
   
   
3. Fill in the required fields and click Create Account. 
    
   
   
   
4. When you are redirected to the Sign In page, enter the email address and password and click Sign In.
